360° Fares™ is one of the most complete products
in the travel industry, utilizing more automation features
of the Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) Automated
Rule, Routing, and Footnote products than those systems used
by the other global distribution systems (GDS).
This release
of International Public Fares is to automate all worldwide
international fares, regardless of point of
sale.
The North American fares have been fully automated since
December 2001.
Galileo 360° Fares seamlessly provides
agents with additional support for ticket designators, endorsement
messages, improved
processing of surcharges and enhanced rules text information
for all worldwide international fares. Many of these functions
previously required manual entries, but now they are fully
automated. Airlines participating in Galileo's GDS

are now distributed electronically to the agent, offering
